Professor Simon Yu is Honorary Clinical Professor of Department of Imaging and Interventional Radiology of CUHK and was the Chairman of the Department from 2015 to 2021. He is a radiologist, clinical and applied science researcher, an inventor, a teacher, and an educator in Vascular and Interventional Radiology (VIR). He was awarded the APSCVR Gold Medalist 2023, and he is the winner of Gold Medal Award of The Royal College of Radiologists in 2024 for his achievements and contributions in VIR.
