Dr. Ramalingam’s areas of expertise are portal hypertension, portal vein thrombosis, transplant vascular interventions, and tumor ablation. He serves as co-director of the Portal Vein Thrombosis clinic and the lead for Genitourinary Tumor Ablation. In addition to his clinical work, he is an expert in Global Health and Capacity Building. Through his work, he has been active in efforts to develop clinical and research programs in Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
